Lorraine Kitsos

is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with 30 years of experience building brands and growing revenues within the manufacturing, retail, entertainment and community health sectors. After graduating from the University of Washington, Lorraine transformed Isadora's into a destination boutique — growing revenues 10x over. She then launched Lotus Designs in Hong Kong, manufacturing and exporting novelty goods to the US market.

Back in North America, Lorraine founded Redfish Kids Clothing, a brand rooted in creative expression, which gained international distribution, three retail locations, and a cameo in Julia Roberts' Eat, Pray, Love (2010). In 2015, she was named Western Living Magazine's Designer of the Year. Following the sale of Redfish in 2017, Lorraine completed her Executive MBA at Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business and joined Just Like Family Home Care, where she scaled monthly revenues from $60K to $250K+ while coaching 26 franchise partners to financial success.

In 2023, she co-founded The Hot Spot Studios LLC, a US-based DIY franchise, where she now coaches 50+ studio owners toward financial freedom. Lorraine's superpower is bringing the right people together — and turning that connection into growth.

Today, Lorraine continues to support a diverse set of brands across North America.
